LEADS SCHOOL SYSTEM
LEADS group presents learning as a lifelong
pleasure, with many rewards for the questioning and the hardworking. “LEADS School System, a
project of a LEADS group working for an excellence in education.’’ LEADS
School System is a chain school system across the Pakistan with a comprehensive
academic program that has been developed and refine. At LEADS School students learn best. We ask
students to take ownership of their education and make connections between what
they’re learning, what they’re doing, and the kind of life they want to lead.
Our classes require curiosity, commitment, and healthy participation.
PHILOSOPHY
“To cultivate Islamic
qualities and habits which should be inherent in every child. Hence, it’s our endeavor
to strike a balance between contemporary education and Islamic teaching by
enhancing the skills of our students and thereby assisting them to become more
devout, independent, creative and compassionate individuals.”
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Professional development is a formal on-job training to upgrade the content knowledge and pedagogical skills of teachers is widely viewed as an important means of improving teaching and learning. Opportunities for active learning, content knowledge, and the overall coherence of staff development are the top three characteristics of professional development. Opportunities for active learning and content specific strategies for staff development refer to a focus on teacher application of learned material. Overall coherence refers to the staff development program perceived as an integrated whole and development activities building upon each other in a consecutive fashion

LEVELS OF EDUCATION
PRE SCHOOL
LEADS School System blends the quality of education with traditional values of hard work and responsibility for self and others. LEADS School System promotes the holistic development of students, through all domains of knowledge. Children in preschool are provided help to develop self-confidence necessary tools to develop on social, educational, intellectual, and emotional levels. At preschool child feels encouraged to grasp the learning fundamentals in a fun environment by the use of Montessori material.
PRIMARY SCHOOL
At Primary level LEADS School System builds a base of cognitive skills for a child in every discipline. This level belongs to the years of the early development of a child, especially 5-10 years are very essential to build a base of understanding towards every discipline.
SECONDARY SCHOOL
LEADS School System Secondary School continues to promote the objectives of elementary education. It engages students in educational experiences where they will demonstrate the use of critical thinking skills, creativity skills, and collaboration skills. It discovers and improves the different aptitudes and interests of the individual student. It prepares the students for work in the real world and formal studies in higher education and provides opportunities for developing morally responsive responsible leaders of the community and also helps students to realize and actualize a good values system to improve the quality of education.
