A Day of Connection and Shared Purpose:
On February 1st, 2025, Leads Group Head Office proudly hosted its annual Orientation Session, bringing together a vibrant community of educators and professionals from across Pakistan. The day was a dynamic blend of insightful presentations, captivating performances, and collaborative discussions, all aimed at strengthening the Leads vision and fostering a spirit of unity. The primary purpose of this gathering was to connect campuses, share best practices, introduce new initiatives, and reinforce the shared commitment to educational excellence that defines the Leads Group.
More Than Books:
Leads Group believes in a holistic approach to education, nurturing not only academic prowess but also creativity, critical thinking, and a strong moral compass. This philosophy was vividly illustrated throughout the day. The student exhibition, featuring impressive projects and models, showcased how Leads educates students in STEM, STEAM, and even STREAM, fostering innovation and problem-solving skills. The newly introduced Tarbiyah Program, an inherent part of the Leads educational framework, underscores this commitment to holistic development, focusing on the moral, social, and emotional growth of students alongside their academic journey.
Leads leading by Example:
The event was graced by the presence of esteemed guests, including Chairman Mr. Zahoor Ahmad Wattoo, Vice Chancellor Dr. Nadeem Ahmad Bhatti, and Managing Director Mr. Asad Manzoor Wattoo, whose presence and participation underscored the importance of this collaborative effort. Representatives from various Leads Head Office departments were also present, engaging with campus representatives and sharing valuable insights into the support and resources available to them.
Celebrating Success and Welcoming New Faces:
The achievements of outstanding students were celebrated with awards presented by Chairman Wattoo, recognizing their dedication and academic excellence. The Leads family also expanded, warmly welcoming new campuses onboard through a special MOU signing ceremony led by Managing Director Wattoo. The talent and hard work of student performers were also acknowledged with certificates of appreciation. A dedicated resource stall showcased the range of educational materials and support services offered by Leads, highlighting the commitment to providing campuses with the tools they need to succeed.
A Look at How We Roll:
Interactive sessions with the Marketing and Legal Departments provided attendees with a deeper understanding of how the Leads Head Office functions and how campuses are integrated into the broader organizational structure. These sessions offered valuable insights into the strategic planning, outreach efforts, and legal framework that support the Leads network.
